Psoriasis in my ears

Like Fred says stay well clear of putting strong ointments in your ear!!!

I suffer with psoriasis inside my ears too, I will use olive oil in them (I don't know about others but I tend to also suffer with extra ear wax due to the extra skin so it helps keep on top of that too)

Regarding your face..............have you tried lots of Vaseline and I mean lots so if your stuck in for the night put a big blob on ..... To remove I just get a square of toilet roll and pat off excess
