Sounds to me things may of just built up inside and you've just had an outburst!!
I don't think methotrexate can alter your mood as such but it can make you feel more tired and sick which in turn will of course affect your mood!

I get angry or just burst into tears from time to time for what seem no big reason....just dwelling on my skin!

I'm glad to hear Penny has forgiven you, animals are amazing and can sometimes help relief stress by having a few quiet minutes of cuddles.

Hopefully the methotrexate works for you and your skin will clear and your mood will really boost

(Hopefully we might get some kind of a spring soon to which always makes me feel better)
