Nappy cream like Sudocreme is specially formulated to keep moisture locked into the skin and provide moisture to dry skin so it works a treat.... Only downside is that it's really thick and claggy to put on especially on larger areas of the body. I found the Boots No 7 moisturiser for very dry skin is fantastic on the areas of Psoriasis around my hairline... I use both the day and night creams and the redness/flakiness has subsided. I have also found that the No 7 BB cream for very dry skin is great for concealing the redness of psoriasis patches on the face.
