Hi Karl I thank you for coming back to let us know how you are getting on with your psoriasis. It seems as if topicals are not working on your scalp or your legs, but the preparation your mum made has worked well on your face, thank goodness for that .....
Having said all that Karl if I were you I would get myself to a good dermatologist there are lots of things you could try that aren't creams, you will have to accept that there will not be a cure ...or at least it's highly unlikely .but you will learn how to control it ....
