I dont think that there will be a payoff as the profit comes from short selling. The patent challenge comes from a 1989 paper with many similarities to Biogen's Tecfidera. More a spectacle for me as I cannot see it making my treatment any cheaper. From my perspective I believe that the raw stuff in larger and less frequent doses taken with a big meal and plenty of fluids is safer and more effective. And I suspect that any food that causes gastic reflux makes the side effects much worse, perhaps because the rate of stomach emptying can be slowed.
