Hello Murdo to Psoriasis Club.
I can't help much on Fumderm or Acitretin, and I see the others have spoken about them. There are many threads on both if you use the search facility from the menu bar above (third from the right) *You need to be logged-in to use it but it may help.
As for the Dermylex Tablets I wouldn't bother wasting your money, those types of treatments are just going to burn a hole in your pocket in my opinion. If you want to go natural then I would recommend checking out the threads in Natural Treatments For Psoriasis I'm not a big fan of natural treatments but that's because mostly I wouldn't stick to it, I enjoy food and drink to much so it's not for me.
You will hear all sorts of good stuff about things you can buy on the internet, but most of them are nothing more than a few cheap products dressed up to look expensive. With a little bit of work you can find out what is in them, and save yourself a fortune.
Good luck on your choice.
Regards.
Fred.
