And I assume 'hypo' means not enough, hyper means too much.. So hypovitaminosis is a deficiency, not an overdose.
Makes a very interesting article, since I have never once been tested for vit d levels or had it suggested to me to start taking any. I have recently started, just to see if it makes a difference..
You are quite right I have read it wrongly I read it as hyper not hypo
It is a deficiency of vitamin D3 , not an overdose as I previously wrote, I have never had my vitamin levels checked either
