DMF, I like more of speaking about DMF than about Fumaderm, does not have a record of interfering with other medication, so in that sense there should not be a problem. Good that you are going off cyclosporin though.
About the warmth, there are two things common to DMF.
1) you can have so called "hot flushes", certainly when you are beginning with the treatment. (this is what we had to tell you yet )
It mostly starts with a tickling sensation of warm needles on you head, starting from the top of your skull. Your head will become hotter and hotter and become furiously red.
Depending on your sensitivity for the medication, this feeling will either stop again with your head or lower down onto your body, and you may get totally red and warm.
The fun of this is that a) it will show that it is working, there is an interaction and b) it is totally harmless.
Oh, and it may last from 20 minutes to max 40 minutes.
2) DMF is poking up your metabolism into a higher energy state. Your temperature will rise a little due to an increased energy consumption by your cells.
