Yep I'm with Bill, don't stand for it Bav, go and give your Doctors place hell and refuse to leave till you get a note. Hell it will only take to minutes to get it done, Don't leave the place till you have it in your hand.

Tell your advisor twat about the pain you are getting, and explain that the work you have been doing could be causing the onset of Psoriatic Arthritis.

As for your hands in the gloves, sod em they don't care about you so why should you care about their pair of gloves? But I can still recommend Coconut Oil for your hands, rub it in well and they wont be greasy.
