Brilliant thanks, I'll definitely have a look into the coconut oil.  It's so hard to find a good balance of natural treatments that aren't companys completely bullshitting you!  I once went to a chinese medicine shop and they told me they could give me all these amazing treaments and it would only cost me £200!  Errr..No!

Yes whatever you do be Very Very careful of the expensive scams, unfortunately there are a lot out there telling lies and making false promises. Do lots and lots of research before spending your money, if you ever want help give us a shout and we will investigate for you if you want.
