Fred I feel it's time for me to add a few things here as the forum comes close to five years old in its current format.....
In my time here I have noticed you (Fred) working tirelessly in the background keeping the site safe, the odd spammer does get to post but never lasts many hours before you turf them off with a few well chosen words.
We should feel privileged to have such a vibrant, safe environment to express our concerns about our various treatments. Without interference from sponsors, as Fred said in this months newsletter the site is free to use and despite offers of donations ( which Fred does not like I know I have tried ) I think anyone who joins the forum / club always finds Fred very accommodating and willing to listen to new ideas. I know there have been changes in the last year since I started this thread, we have lots of new members, many of whom are active on the site helping to keep it current and in touch with the wider world. Fred has appointed helpers to assist members who have problems or lose their way whilst on the forum, there is usually one of the three of us Caroline, Kat and myself. Always ready to help when Fred is offline.
We now have a chatting thread to help break the ice with new members or to just chat about anything ....
But the main thing is the site always has a happy feel to it due to the way it is run and I'm sure that has to be a positive for anyone with psoriasis...
The off topic section can be strange but there are also some very funny posts there and some informative discussions, we don't always agree but we respect each other's points of view
So Fred thanks yet again for what you do and what you have achieved so far I look forward to the future here among friends from around the world, people we would never have met had it not been for this site and you making it available ( no man hug)
