I apologize to all for the horrendously late response.
Thanks to everyone for their well wishes. I do what I can to take care of myself.
It seems to be a fairly rare occasion that you come across someone with MS and Psoriasis...and its extra unfortunate that because its that uncommon theres no real KNOWN treatment for both simultaneously.

Its the hand I was dealt.
I have contemplated light therapy, though never done it. It was an option way back when they first diagnosed me with psoriasis and it coverd so much of my body, but at that point in my life, it was more of a hassle than it was worth. 3x a week they wanted me to drive 45 minutes away to have these light therapy sessions...but being freshly 18 I was working, couldnt afford to take off and still take care of...well...life.
Now that my psoriasis is moderate vs severe, I still dont know if it would be worth it.
I did recently see a comercial for X-Trac which is also targeted light therapy but in less treating time. Does anyone know anything about that??
