Nails always seems to be the hardest part to get clearance with. My toenails are worse than my fingers, and I have even had some almost come off from the bed completely. I found they did get better with the use of the Biological treatments, but I still have a few problems.
I have found soaking my feet for an hour in warm water with some shower gel helps soften them up and I try to do this at least once a month, along with a good trim up off the nails. (Always cut them straight across to reduce the chance of ingrown toenails), I also put the plug in for my daily shower so my toes get a good soaking.
But apart from that I've never found anything myself that helps. I too would be interested in what others think.
