Hi Kaden and a big psoriasis club 
to you I'm glad you have found your way here as has been said by both Fred and Kat we are a small but friendly group of psoriasis sufferers and we are happy to share our experience of treatments and what works and what doesn't. It's a great place for support as well,..... there's usually someone not too far away . I'm clear at the moment and have been lucky with my hands and feet so can't help with advice except to say please get to see a dermatologist who should be able to offer one of the many drugs on the market now and be able to get you to a better state, I don't know what meds you have been on, but I'm sure that a good dermatologist should be able to offer something to clear or at least improve your quality of life
