Some points:
#1 Psoriasis is a recognised autoimmune disease this means you have a weaker system and being open to dirty standing water and rubbish could possibly result in an infection, that would not be good for you.
#2 Psoriasis can and does often make a patient fatigued, so to call a person with psoriasis lazy is not on.
#3 Psoriasis is often caused by streptococcal throat infection, including upper respiratory infections. So breathing in dust without a mask is not advisable.
It's not looking a good environment for a person with psoriasis in my opinion.
