Natural help to keep P at bay is occlusion with moisturizers, every night wraping with cling wrap, also using
Coconut oil, olive oil, pine tar is used on horses hoves I don't recommend that it needs ur pontine to remove. However coal tar 1.25%,aloe Vera gel, vasceline, witch hazel mixed wih glycerin my fav...magnesium crystals,blackseed oil, vit-E, VIT-D, sunshine, salt water and oatmeal baths, salicylic acid 2%,
Peppermint oil with any cream feels soothing & cooling stops the itching, , amalactin lotion, silicone glove cream, Eucerine calming cream, cocoa butter , just use glycerin soap to wash with. All detergents should be carefully examined for harmful ingredients. Just because something says its natural it may not be. Shampoos OTC for p ( T-gel)and shower cap over night using coconut oil for mild P. Treatments only.
Just to name a few.
Sometimes medium to extreme p. On the body need to see a derm familiar with all the aspects of psoriasis and the new drugs to treat P. Especially on hands , feet & sensitive areas of the body.
Give the treatment a couple of weeks before you see a big change.
