Hi Kath don't worry about graphic detail we can choose to read it or not, anyway it's not that graphic. I wish I could help with some ideas, but it's not a problem I have encountered, I can't think its Fumaderm induced but its a possibility but not something I've heard before.... a week to 10 days constipated is a real worry for you. I would certainly get yourself checked out sooner rather than later.
I hope somebody else reads your post and can relate to the problems and offer some advice

alcohol makes no difference to me I often take mine with a glass of beer with my evening meal, but we are all different and it seems alcohol could be the culprit with you, so I would stick with the milk,
Are you due to increase your dose again soon?
