I forgot to say that my score from the test here was pretty high 31.

Can I ask 2 questions here straight away ? or can I move the post elsewhere?

q1 what is your experience with real sun guys ?
I still love it and it makes me feel so much better in general.
will I be able to still get some sun during my hols ? remember I live in the west of Ireland.

q2 can I go on and off fumaderm / the cost of it is prohibitive in Ireland.
