I was googling MTX vs fumaderm and found you.
I decided to join as I found the posts quite thoughtful and based on personal evidence.
I'm 44 and got the first spots of psoriasis in 91-92 I think.
did light treatments in Italy and they worked very well for me.
Once I moved to Ireland the local Dermatologist stated I definitely had way too much light treatments and prescribed some cream ( i'll check later the proper name). they obviously didn't work.
I gave up for 6-7 years with no treatment whatsoever as the temperatures in Ireland aren't that inviting to get undressed.
I'm going to see the dermatologist again tomorrow and I think i'll opt for the fumaderm but I'm curious about the psorinovo option discussed here.
Thanks All for your help.

I think you have made the right decision and if you get the chance of taking Fumaderm it should be a life changer for you... I'm sure others will tell you the difference between Psorinovo and Fumaderm. They should both deliver the same clearance though, and it will depend on your healthcare system whether you can get Psorinovo In Ireland
I have been on Fumaderm for over three years and and can't sing its praises loud enough, yes at the start of treatment it can get pretty unpleasant but stick with it and you will think the side effects well worth having if you get the same results as I get.....feel free to ask questions there is always someone not far away to answer any queries .
I hope you will return and keep us updated on your journey and you will always be made welcome in the off topic boards where you can chill away from the day to day worries with fellow sufferers
