The shampoo you can make by adding Stockholm tar to any shampoo. I would use about 5 grams per 100 mls. A batch of cream I would use in about three weeks when my psoriasis was really bad. I would make the cream by dissolving the camphor in the eucalyptus oil, adding crushed aspirin, then mixing in the petroleum jelly and adding the Stockholm tar. I'd reckon taht it would last pretty well given the ingredients are mostly antiseptics and preservatives.
The best thing I did for my psoriasis was to use a systemic therapy. Topicals at best made me more comfortable. They did not treat the disease.
