Personally I think it's possible to have triggers that lead to a psoriasis flare. I agree with Jim in that at some point, you probably would have had psoriasis appear.
I also have never been able to determine a trigger for myself. Psoriasis first showed up for me on my ears. I do wear glasses at times, so it's possible the friction from wearing glasses could have set it off..... or not.
