I agree it may be worth looking again at the prescribing of some NSAIDs and paracetamol for PsA sufferers if indeed it can be proved that this has a detrimental effect on the disease
But I suppose it's a catch 22 situation where sufferers need something to ease the pain. Without causing further joint damage, certainly an interesting study which highlights the need for further study
I don't know why they were on long term, I suppose some could be self administered.
But yes it makes interesting reading as when ever I go to my GP he always throws Paracetamol at you, and my dermatologist is often talking about wanting me to have NSAIDs.
