Hello Christopher to Psoriasis Club.
I've just checked drug interactions with Pennsaid, and there was nothing with dimethyl sulfoxide.
But there is a Moderate warning of using Pennsaid and Volteran together, so it may be worth you watching for the following.
Regards.
Fred.
I've just checked drug interactions with Pennsaid, and there was nothing with dimethyl sulfoxide.
But there is a Moderate warning of using Pennsaid and Volteran together, so it may be worth you watching for the following.
Quote:
Interaction Moderate: Voltaren (diclofenac), Pennsaid (diclofenac topical)
Talk to your doctor before using diclofenac topical together with diclofenac. Both of these medications are considered nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Since the medication in diclofenac topical may be absorbed from the skin, combining it with diclofenac may increase the risk and/or severity of side effects reported with this class of drugs, including stomach ulcer, fluid retention, high blood pressure, bleeding, and liver or kidney problems.
Regards.
Fred.
