Hi well I had a similar situation myself earlier this year when I dropped my dose and the psoriasis came back but not badly. I increased my dose from 2 to 3 tablets and it has almost cleared again
In your case as long as your bloods are good and looked at regularly I would say stick with it ... But it will take a while ... I doubt it has stopped working its hopefully just a temporary blip
But do contact your dermatologist and tell them what you have done as soon as possible they may even step the dose up but I wouldn't advise that without professional advice
