They are probably hoping you will respond on the low dose and giving it time to kick in
I hope it's starting to work again and you will be clear soon
yes it is Jim but my local hospital don't prescribe fumaderm.
saw the nurse again last Friday for blood and urine test.
had a good chat with her regarding the dose it seems that they
have had a few people come down with some nasty infections
hence why they now do monthly checks . nurse is going to ring me
tomorrow and if my bloods are ok up me to 1 blue tablet a day.
Phil
I doubt if they have had any nasty infections apart from one where the patient wasn't monitored correctly and suffered PML as a result .... Which is not the drugs fault but the lymphosite level dropping far to low without being picked up... I have seen no evidence of any other problems with Fumaderm ... But it's like all other drugs and does need monitoring ... That is one problem in 30 years attributable to bad monitoring. I f I am wrong I would like to hear of the infections caused by taking Fumaderm.... Could you ask her next visit what infections they have developed as I would very much like to hear of them...
