Hi Jm firstly I would like to welcome 
you to the club and hope you will find some answers here there I'd a lot of information as I have told you regarding Fumaderm and DMF on this site together with a lot of individual experiences (there is no one on here on Tecfidera) but the active ingredient in both is the same thing .. Fumaderm has other useless additives that do nothing for psoriasis. You ask how long to get clearance . Well that depends on several things for me it was around 8 weeks I seem to remember
I will look for a few links to Threads relating to Dmf for you to read but I'm sure you will get other advice
I'm not sure about Stelara and Tecfidera cocktail I m sure we will get an opinion on that soon
