As Caroline said earlier there was somebody else mentioned the use of Duct Tape not long ago... It was mentioned that pulling the tape off may damage the skin and be counterproductive. I'm open minded but some aspects of it would worry me
It's not something I would try being fairly well covered in hair as I hate taking the small plaster off after a blood test ...
I wish you luck and hope you keep coming back you can read of others experiences in the introduction section and see how others are dealing with their psoriasis

I was wrong im sorry it was not Duct tape I was reading it was waxing strips. I just remembered it brought tears to my eyes
