Good information, very interesting and informative. I just wish my will power was better Tongue

From my doctor and a nutritionist, I know what NOT to eat (which is quite a bit of what I like to eat) but what is difficult (for me) is the what TO eat. I like bread, milk, and even when it comes to veggies, potatoes and corn are up there with favorites (too much starch). I don't get enough protein and I like too much salt (although I've gotten better). I'm hopeless I think.

But, you've given me some things to think about so thank you.
