Yes, the bigger doses do have more of a kick. I never had flushes on doses less than 600 mg, but on 800 mg a flush always develops after about 20 minutes and lasts a couple of hours. The upset tummy symptoms are ameliorated with a big meal as long as I dont eat bananas. You dont have to totally stuff yourself as that has its own unpleasant side effects, but a bit of a fast beforehand is not a bad idea.
Sometimes I think it would be good if the side effects were pleasant, but were that the case DMF may have been banned as a drug of addiction and would have been impossible for me to obtain.
