Hi jiml
Yes, the lemon juice does dissolve calcium.
I did an experiment with eggs in cups of various liquids and lemon juice worked the best ( three days and calcium was dissolving nicely). How well it functions in the body, I do not know. I don't usually drink it though. I went for a laser operation, that didn't work. They push a laser and camera up your urinary track and laser the stones.
Which reminds me of this stand-up comedian. He's a Canadian who is currently living in the States and went to the proctologist for an colonoscopy. The proctologist talked about the procedure in centimeters. The comedian said you know, I use to live in Canada and we use the metric system all the time, but here in the States I've never heard it being used before. Just curious why are you using it now? The proctologist said: Well, we don't like to tell people, we'll be shoving a hose six feet up their ass!
Next was the vibration shock therapy, which was great! For all you hypochondriacs out there, I highly recommend it! You lie on a bed and fall asleep, while they send shock waves through you to break up the stones. Stent removal was..... the worst, ask to be knocked out for that one.
Thank-you for the link to "The anti-inflamatory food pyramid " I will be studying that.
