I do have one question, if anyone can help. I took my first tablet last night. I only realised this morning that, due to the way I work, I may not be able to take it at that same time every day. Do they have to be taken at the time, or would taking it an hour late make an difference?

Move on over the costs here are less ( at the moment how long it can be sustained remains to be seen)

No I never take mine at the same time it depends when I eat when I take mine so don't worry an hour or two won't make any difference
