Wow, these posts are really helpful as I do see lots of 'click here for a magic cure for psoriasis' as I browse the web and am often tempted but have the forsight to know it's most likely a scam.
This breakdown of foods good/bad for psoriasis is great though and definitely food for thought! *cringes at the pun!* I do love my food though so I'm not sure I'd be able to live without refined sugar and bacon etc! That said perhaps eliminating some of the things on the list will help a bit...but not today, as I've just ordered a kebab for dinner! lol
Great post though, thanks so much for sifting through what was no doubt copious amounts of gumpf to bring it to the forum.
