I was diagnosed with psoriasis this past year and I'm 55. I'm on light therapy which seems to have helped quite a bit. My scalp was the worse to deal with, I 've not had dandruff much until after the psoriasis hit and then I had major problems with scalp flaking! I'm still having dry scalp issues so some dandruff, but not the scaling that I was having.
