Give the person a boot up the backside, psoriasis is no reason to get rid of a dog. In fact a dog is a good thing to have as it will make you go out, Psoriatic Arthritis can cause a problem as it did with me when I couldn't walk, but it was my dog that kept me going. he went for walks with my wife and looked so happy when he came back.
It's just a few steps at a time and the dog will help you achieve that, I'm not so sympathetic as Hanna. if you are reading this keep your dog, get off your bum and go for a walk in the sun it will do you more good than moping around in the house without your faithful friend.
Hanna I will move this thread to Psoriasis Topics as I like to keep this board open for people feeling depressed or down about psoriasis.
