No I agree it's not as good as say Enbrel, but I have found it has helped me. Though I have had the odd moment, and lately these last couple of weeks I think Stelara is struggling to help psoriatic arthritis as much as it did. But I have been on it for 4 years now and played with the dose, I hope not to it's limit though as it's the best treatment I've ever had and I'm not ready for a change.

Hi Fred , you must be one of the longest patients on Stelara ( I don't mean tallest ! ) .I have not heard of many who have been on as long as you, only 2 years myself and its only in the last year that it has helped my PA, how have you changed your dose as mine is 90mg every 12 weeks but I do know of several who on 8 weeks but they are only on 45mg. Never tried Enbrel .
