I can understand most of the logic behind this.. After all, when you have psoriasis the prospects of getting nekkid with someone is a very stressful thing.
Most male sexual dysfunction is psychological and we all know that some of the worst side effects of psoriasis are the psychological ones. That said, psoriasis sufferers are more likely to suffer from hardening of arteries and blood pressure issues because of the genetics of the condition (more so if you have PsA too) and this can be a contributing factor to impotence.
I guess when you get into a relationship where you have a very understanding partner and feel comfortable being intimate with them then the majority of the factors which can lead to sexual dysfuntion can be alleviated. Sadly too many Psoriasis sufferers are too withdrawn and socially isolated to form these kinds of wholesome relationships.
