Both my lower arms from elbow to wrist on the top is just one massive plague :( I've never had it like this on my arms before its normally my legs (which I'm so thankful are currently just small plagues) I hate this condition because I know I could deal with it if it wasn't for the fact that my arms feel as though they are on fire and times painful to move!
Being pregnant has limited my treatment options and most steroid creams cause me more burning and allergic reactions, so I've been given double base moisturiser and a tar/hydrocortisone cream that's very mild. I've got to go back in 3 weeks and potential sent to see dermatology again :(
It also looks like I'm getting heat rash around the area of psoriasis which is another pain in the bum! Has anyone else ever had this kind of heat rash?
Every time I stop a treatment my skin comes back worse, I keep thinking I should just stop trying treatments and hope my body sorts itself out, anyone else ever just tried giving up on meds and treatments?
Thanks for any advice

Hello Hanna. Sorry to hear that, bloody psoriasis always has a way of making your life miserable.
For the feeling of burning and heat rash, it could be worth trying a bag of frozen peas laid on the area for instant relief. I don't know if you can get them in the UK but I'm sure you would be ok with Dexeryl or Silkis However please ask professional advice first!
Regards.
Fred.
Edit: I did give up any medication for a few years, but had to go back to it after psoriatic arthritis won and I couldn't move. I used to just cope with plenty of moisturiser.
