Exercise !!!!!
Fred! Don't you want to do some exercise together with me ?!?

I have good experience with doing exercise. But.. I do not have the idea that it somehow helps with my PsA. It is more a belief that it helps and on the other side I think that I feel myself a lot better after having done some exercise.
On the alcohol I am as stubborn as you Fred, I think a glass of wine adds so much to living comfortably that I will not change that.
