You are the second Cheryl over here, so we have to pay attention.
As far as I know, psoriasis is not specifically itchy, other than the fact that you feel it and unconsciously touch it to scratch.
But there are exceptions, I know of guy who had it terribly itchy. Only after long use of medication I heard that the itchiness became less.
The tips of Fred are good, cooling with peas,
Possibly also the use of some coconut oil may help, Fred, is that correct ?
