Hello and 
This is a common feeling with psoriasis, but now you have found somewhere you can share with others who understand you will find it a lot easier. You will find a good bunch of people on here although at the moment I think most of them are enjoying the break from the winter blues.
When I first started Psoriasis Club it was going to be a blog, but I decided to make it a place where others can talk in a safe friendly environment. we will soon be 2 years old and I have always said if it's helping one person then I will keep it going.
Getting feedback like yours is what keeps it going, we get a lot of visitors but you never know if it's helping. so thanks for posting and don't be a stranger you will always find someone willing to listen, and you will find you will soon be helping others in return.
