Yes I thought that, but then I thought you would absorb it and it would travel to your gut, but I'm no expert so don't take my word for it.
As I am convinced that psoriasis has its cause deep in our cells, I am not surprised that the gut microbiome has an influence on Psoriasis. My own experiments with food fit into that and guys like Alan have a major success with influencing the microbiome.
Bye the way TL, I read that they are comparing two approaches.
1. Topical corticosteroids, with the addiction of probiotics and
2. Only topical corticosteroids…
It seems that 1 gives better additional results than 2.
