I have been attempting to load an avatar. Any tips? 
I also have a few articles about LDN and psoriasis that I can share. Should I put them here or in a new thread?

Alway interesting, articles, but you have to keep to the rules of this forum.
So no links to articles . 
Best is to write an abstract or describe it in such a way that we can find it if we go search for it. 
Check the posts of Fred, he has a good way of doing that.

O… yes, and on your avatar.
Go to “Control Panel”, is it on the second top menu on the left.
Hitting it you see a personal page and in the menu on the left you see profile picture and avatar.
You can design something, or use a picture that fits your person in any way.
