Injections for psoriasis

I used a prefilled syringe for my Humira for the first time instead of the pen. It's about R200 (+/- $12) cheaper here. Can't say it's much different to the pen, although it does feel somehow better. Can't explain why, but it's less fuss to stab it into the belly and be sure you've injected the whole amount.

I wonder why it's cheaper, must be do to less plastic

Here they are the same price.
