Thank you for the advice. After much soul searching I came to the conclusion that if people, and door handles, weren't so effing stupid I wouldn't get angry so often.  

Thanks for the voucher, it should however have been specified that it isn't valid for single malts! I hope the barman's recovery goes well.

Oh there is plenty of single malt, Craig has probably hidden it behind the pie heater
