The trick to managing anger is to find the cause, I used to get so angry when the psoriatic arthritis was flaring (not so much with psoriasis) but yes the pain used to make me angry.
I notice you are were on Methotrexate and now on Humira, Methotrexate always gave me mood swings among other things and Humira never really helped with psoriatic arthritis. Since getting good results with the IL bio types I rarely get angry, but having said that I don't usually have much anger.
Being angry will make psoriatic worse and that in turn can make the anger worse, but like Caroline said anger is a psychological thing so finding what is causing the anger would be the way to go in my opinion.
