My answer is affected by the fact I’ve only tried pens, but I have a feeling I wouldn’t be able to do the other since I find it difficult to stick a needle in my finger just to get out a splinter!
The thing I have found out is no two bios are the same. The last bio I was on, it stung every time, but with Skyrizi I find myself carefully inspecting the site for a hole because I just don’t feel it at all. I’m guessing whether you get pain could be to do with the size of needle, the speed of the injection and the ingredients in the jab.
