As a PPP person myself I'm with Fred on this one - I reckon it's definitely possible and from personal experience I know mine can change from day to day.
I believe stress is my main trigger although I've always been told there is no proof of this but must just be a huge coincidence that I have flare ups when I'm under pressure
My doctor still has me on topical treatments as my last and current flare up only started in September last year ( after 11 years totally clear) - I have asked for a dermatology referral but he's said it's not appropriate yet.
I hope your feet didn't worsen too much and that the PUVA soon had you back on track.
Sorry I couldn't offer any advice - I always find I'm unable to do the positve thinking stuff and end up in more of a state- hope somethng worked for you.
