It would be difficult to check for everything, for example some (and the one I currently use) have warning about depression and thoughts of suicide but I have never been asked.
Many years ago I had very bad depression but managed to beat it, should they have asked me ? If I had of admitted problems in the past, would they have given me the prescription ?
I think it's more up to us the patient to ask the questions about problems rather than them warn us about everything, if not I doubt many of us would take any medication after reading the warnings.
