to Pclub, as the others have said, get a referal to a dermatologist if you haven't already and push them for a better treatment plan. I was diagnosed with psoriasis back in the late 90s and like many others have had to jump through the hoops to find the right treatment. I'm currently on a biologic which has been a total life changer for me.
Best of luck mate, I hope you get some resolution soon. This place is a great resource and the people are friendly and have a lot of knowledge. They have helped me and may others over the years.
