I wonder how often this treatment can be used before you are on your maximum UVA level and the risk of cancer becomes too high.
In my view, almost all phototherapy based on PUVA is a dead end street.

Bath-PUVA is not different from PUVA.
So 150-250 sessions are the max. And continuous checking is necessary.
If you would follow this treatment it is good to realise that the damage done is cumulative .
That means that if you reach your max, then you have to be very careful going in the sun, for the rest of your life.
No thanks….. then I prefer a biologic or my other favorite treatment….
